As a Production Scheduling and Procurement Officer, based in Raamsdonksveer, you will manage production planning and coordinate raw material procurement, ensuring timely delivery and optimal stock levels for smooth production.

In this role, you will oversee the execution of production plans, aligning with monthly supply reviews, and order raw and packaging materials at the best costs. You will collaborate closely with various departments, including quality control, warehousing, and purchasing, to ensure production runs efficiently and all materials are available on time.

• Plan detailed production schedules considering capacity, resources, and deadlines.

• Ensure timely dispatch of sales orders in line with the Master Production Schedule (MPS).

• Manage inventory levels of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods, and adjust inventory policies when necessary.

• Coordinate with the purchasing department to order raw and packaging materials and track supplier orders from placement to delivery.

• Collaborate with warehouse and quality control teams to ensure timely receipt and quality release of materials.

• Resolve issues related to non-conformity in goods receipts and address customer complaints in collaboration with the QC Manager.

• Maintain up-to-date records for raw material files, GMP+ certificates, and batch details.

Wie ben jij

At least 5 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or procurement, preferably in manufacturing or a related field.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a focus on quality.

Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.

Familiarity with SAP/ECC or 4HANA and Power BI for material and production planning.

Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a focus on quality.

Bachelor’s degree (HBO) in logistics or supply chain is preferred.
